Brief Biography:

Fan Feilong received the B.Eng. degree and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University (Zhejiang, China) in 2014 and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai, China) in 2019, respectively. He is currently working as a research fellow at Rolls-Royce@NTU Corporate Lab. His research interests include generalized energy storage management and rule-based optimization.
